Position Title: Online Sales Executive

Job Summary:

The Online Sales Executive is responsible for selling products to customers and processing orders that are placed online, representing the brand.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Answer client questions about products, prices, and availability on all social media platforms.
  • Prepare and submit sales contracts for orders.
  • Set appointments for delivery date.
  • Redirect customers.
  • Prepare receipts.
  • Support in product listing and content development
  • Timely update of stock availability for all listed products.
  • Conduct price analysis via all e-commerce portals.
  • Answer customers queries and provide feedback for service and returns.
  • Make daily and monthly sales reports
  • Work closely with the Graphic Design Team and Online Sales Team support all marketing needs & initiatives
  • Maintain client records.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
  • 3+ years of experience
  • Understanding of the online sales process and dynamics
  • A commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Strong Product Knowledge
  • Interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
  • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
  • Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
