Position: Sales Executive
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a proven track record of achieving targets and driving revenue. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products -mainly white goods-to both new and existing customers.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Understand customer needs and tailor product offerings to meet those needs
- Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company
- Recommend suitable alternatives and upsell/ cross-sell when appropriate.
- Keep updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers (refrigerators, air conditioners, built-in ovens, cooktops, hoods, washing machines, dishwashers...)
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential customers
- Negotiate and close deals with customers
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies
- Ensure product displays are organized and updated.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, challenges, and successes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the retail industry- White goods.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken
