Position: Human Resources Admin


Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Admin to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR department and assisting with various HR tasks and projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of HR best practices and procedures.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Maintaining employee records and ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date

- Collect new joiner documents and follow up with them to avoid missing any document.

- Maintain all recordkeeping related to hiring, termination, leave, transfer, training, performance evaluation, and promotion and ensure they are kept confidential .

- Control & integrate the attendance and the real overtime balance that should be paid on daily basis and maintain their records.

- Communicate with managers about attendance issues, especially those that require immediate attention.

- Managing employee time-off requests.

-Follow up with concerned employees for their insurance membership.

- Other administrative tasks and projects as assigned by the HR Manager

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

- 2+ years of experience in an HR administrative role

- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and procedures

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Highly organized and detail-oriented

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
