Position: Counter & Customer Service

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Counter & Customer Service representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all cash transactions, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with various tasks in the store.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and provide professional, efficient service

- Ensure accurate cash reconciliation and daily transaction record

- Handle customer requests and complaints and follow up on their resolution

- Coordinate with branches, warehouse, accounting, logistics and service teams.

- Follow up on customer orders, deliveries, returns and service requests

- Maintain accurate customer and transaction records

- Accept and process customer payments, ensuring prices and quantities are accurate and receipts are issued for every transaction.

- Process refunds, exchanges, and returned goods in accordance with company procedures

- Handle credit facilities and related customer transactions while ensuring proper documentation and compliance with company policies

- Follow up on customer deliveries, ensuring goods are delivered according to the agreed schedule and address

- Follow up on clients service status

- Monitor monthly requirements for branch supplies and place orders as needed

- Support colleagues across branches or departments whenever required

- Perform other duties as assigned by the branch manager

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in cashiering, customer service, or retail operations

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Excellent customer service skills

- good numerical and organizational skills wit high attention to detail

- Good computer and system skills

- Attention to detail and ability to multitask

- Must be able to work flexible hours
