Job Description: Senior Marketing Manager – LED Lighting & Displays

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead and expand our LED Lighting and LED Display business across Hyderabad and Chennai markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, government empanelments, and institutional marketing in these sectors. The role demands deep market understanding, strong client relationships, and the ability to drive strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

 Develop and execute region-specific marketing and sales strategies for LED lighting and LED display solutions.

 Identify and acquire new business opportunities in the government, corporate, infrastructure, and institutional sectors.

 Manage key accounts, nurture long-term client relationships, and ensure repeat business.

 Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets in Hyderabad.

 Lead bid preparation and tender submissions with support from internal teams.

 Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends to develop competitive strategies.

 Represent the company in trade shows, expos, and customer meetings.

 Coordinate with technical, production, and delivery teams to ensure project execution and customer satisfaction.

 Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market intelligence reports to management.

Candidate Requirements:

1. Experience: Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in LED lighting and/or LED display sales.
2. Geographical Exposure: Hands-on sales experience in Hyderabad markets is a must.
3. Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration. MBA preferred.

Skills:

 Strong business development and negotiation skills

 Existing connects with municipal corporations, smart city consultants, EPC contractors, and

state departments

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

 Self-motivated and target-driven

 Familiarity with government tenders, GEM, and empanelment processes

Preferred Attributes:

 Previous work experience with companies in the LED lighting, LED display, or electronic signage domain

 Exposure to outdoor media, smart city projects, or urban infrastructure

 Ability to handle teams or mentor junior sales staff if required
