Job Title: DevSecOps Engineer

Experience: 3+ years

Location – Indore(5 days WFO)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a DevSecOps Engineer to design, secure, and scale our cloud-native infrastructure. The role involves managing Kubernetes (EKS), CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code, while embedding security across the entire software lifecycle to ensure reliability, scalability, and compliance of AI-driven applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and manage secure, scalable AWS infrastructure.

  • Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation) with integrated security scanning.

  • Manage containerized workloads (Docker, Kubernetes/EKS) with best-practice hardening.

  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with integrated security checks (Trivy, Snyk, Semgrep).

  • Enforce IAM least-privilege, encryption, and vulnerability management.

  • Monitor and optimize infrastructure with tools like Datadog, Prometheus, or ELK.

  • Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize cost/resource usage.

  • Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment and release processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in DevOps/Cloud Engineering, including 1+ year in Security Operations.

  • Strong hands-on AWS expertise (IAM, VPC, networking).

  • 3+ years of Kubernetes/EKS experience (deployments, security, RBAC, policies).

  • Experience with CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins).

  • Proficiency in Terraform/CloudFormation and Docker security best practices.

  • Scripting knowledge (Bash, Python, or Go).

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with observability platforms (Datadog, Prometheus, CloudWatch).

  • Familiarity with runtime security tools (Falco, AppArmor, Seccomp).

  • Knowledge of service mesh (Istio, Linkerd).

  • Database operations (MongoDB, PostgreSQL).

  • Exposure to serverless (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions).

  • AI/ML deployment pipeline experience (nice-to-have).
