Work Hours:

● Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

● Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM (based on work)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes, source top talent, and help build exceptional teams for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

● Understand client requirements and job descriptions in detail.

● Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals.

● Screen and shortlist candidates based on client expectations.

● Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

● Provide timely updates to clients and gather feedback.

● Follow up with selected candidates through joining and onboarding.

● Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high satisfaction.

● Manage and update candidate databases and generate regular reports.

Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree (HR specialization preferred).

● 1–4 years of experience in recruitment or staffing (client-facing preferred).

● Familiarity with Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools.

● Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.

● Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.

Nice to Have:

● Experience in both tech and non-tech hiring.

● Prior exposure to client handling in recruitment firms.
