we are looking for a motivated and dedicated Head Logistics & Planning to join our team

LOCATION: Pune

EXPERIENCE: 8 - 10 years

RESPONSIBLITIES:

• Develop and manage delivery plans based on platform transactions and material availability.
• Plan and schedule deliveries on a monthly, weekly, and daily basis.
• Ensure accurate and complete delivery data on the platform.
• Oversee operations, manage escalations, and ensure compliance with dispatch schedules and transporter allocations.
• Resolve operational issues faced by market participants.
• Prepare and manage reports as required by the Operations Head.
• Drive strategic improvements in supply chain and logistics operations.
• Conduct internal audits to maintain smooth delivery processes.
• Build and manage a cost-effective Biofuels transport network across India.
• Report to the Operations Head and collaborate with remote delivery teams.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Educational background PG qualification in Logistics & Supply Chain Management
• Extensive experience in material planning, supply chain, and logistics management.
• Background with large Indian or multinational companies, ideally in boiler manufacturing, biofuels, or biomass.
• Expertise in supply chain, logistics, delivery planning, material receipt, and dispatch.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with plant managers and stakeholders.
• Specialized in supply chain management, with a relevant graduate or post-graduate qualification.
• Excellent written and presentation skills.
• Assertive, friendly interpersonal communication.
• Performance-driven leadership abilities.
