Operations Executive - North

Position: Junior Operations Executive
Location: Maharashtra & Delhi [6 days Working]
Industry: Biomass (Energy/Environmental Sector)

We are hiring Junior Operations Executives on behalf of one of our clients, a company in the biomass sector. The selected candidates will be responsible for supporting daily operational tasks, ensuring smooth process execution, and contributing to the overall efficiency and growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to gather insights on various SKUs, including specifications, pricing, and availability.
• Identify potential leads and develop a strong sales pipeline to achieve regional sales targets.
• Build and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business and ensure timely payments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges and streamline communication.
• Analyze market trends and forecast seasonal variations to optimize sales performance.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience: 0-1 year in business development, industrial sales, or operations management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in English; Hindi is mandatory.
• Familiarity with the Maharashtra/Delhi market is preferred.
