About the Role:

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in managing accounts receivables/payables and demonstrate proficiency with Zoho Books and core company compliances.

Key Responsibilities:

 Manage and maintain financial records using Zoho Books

 Ensure compliance with statutory requirements: TDS, GST, PF, ESI

 Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)

 Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities

 Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

 Analyze financial data and assist in budgeting and forecasting

 Support internal controls and process improvements

Preferred Qualifications:

 Graduate in Finance/Commerce or CA Intermediate

 Prior experience in BFSI sector preferred, though open to other industries

 Strong knowledge of Indian financial regulations

 Excellent communication skills
