Role Summary

The Operations Executive will report directly to the General Manager – Sales & Marketing, providing critical operational support across multiple business verticals such as railway products, LED displays, R&D, and subsidiary actions. This position involves a blend of data management, reporting, process support, and administrative assistance, offering high exposure and learning across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

 Support the GM (Sales & Marketing) in day-to-day operations across various departments.

 Manage and automate data collation and periodic reporting using Excel and other business tools.

 Prepare business reports, summaries, and presentations for multiple divisions.

 Assist in operational execution, administrative coordination, and follow-ups with internal

teams and external partners.

 Learn and adapt quickly to new business processes, tools, and tasks as required.

 Maintain high standards of professionalism, accountability, and confidentiality.

 Demonstrate ownership for assigned tasks, ensuring timely and accurate completion.

 Liaise across departments including R&D, sales, railway projects, and company subsidiaries as directed.

Key Requirements

 Graduate in any discipline.

 Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

 Proficient in MS Excel (data analysis, reporting, formatting).

 Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

 Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

 High degree of reliability, accountability, and willingness to learn.
