About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and driven HR professional to join our team as Manager / Sr. Manager – Human Resources. This role is critical in driving talent acquisition, employee engagement, and people management initiatives, while fostering a high-performance and inclusive culture.
The ideal candidate is female, experienced in HR leadership within competitive/start-up environments, and passionate about building strong teams and engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes with a strong focus on Naukri searches and sourcing strategies.
• Identify and attract top talent, particularly from industry competitors.
Employee Engagement & Culture
• Design and execute employee engagement programs aligned with company culture.
• Act as a culture ambassador, ensuring smooth adaptability to a start-up environment.
People Management
• Partner with business leaders to manage employee relations and performance.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, processes, and best practices.
HR Operations
• Maintain compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
• Drive onboarding, induction, and retention initiatives.
Requirements:
• Total work experience - 5-7 years
• Female candidate, open for Manager / Sr. Manager HR position.
• Prior experience working with immediate competitors or start-ups preferred.
• Strong expertise in recruitments, Naukri portal searches, employee engagement, and people management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven, proactive, and a go-getter with adaptability to fast-paced environments.
• Must reside in or near Sector 16, Noida.
