Role Overview

As an Executive Assistant of the company, you will provide high-level administrative and organizational support to senior executives. This role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to managing multiple priorities in a dynamic retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

 Manage and coordinate the executive’s schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

 Handle all forms of correspondence—emails, phone calls, messages, and letters.

 Organize and prepare documents, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.

 Serve as a point of contact between the executive and both internal teams and external stakeholders.

 Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality regarding all sensitive company information.

 Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing company events and off-site meetings.

 Track and process expense reports, invoices, and other administrative paperwork.

 Manage project tasks and help monitor deadlines, deliverables, and priorities for the executive team.

 Implement and maintain efficient office systems and processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

 Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

 Minimum 1-2  years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in a service company environment.

 Outstanding time management and organizational skills.

 Strong verbal and written communication abilities in English.

 Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), calendar management, and office technology tools.

 Demonstrated ability to multitask and adapt to rapidly changing priorities.

 High attention to detail and accuracy in work.

 Confidence to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality.

 Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.

Preferred Attributes

 Previous experience supporting senior leadership or C-suite executives.

 Event planning and travel coordination exposure.

 Problem-solving mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude.

 High degree of professionalism and positive energy.
