Our client, a lounge located in Amuwo Odofin is seeking to hire an experienced and proactive Supervisor/Manager to join our team and help drive excellence in our lounge operations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years experience in hospitality, nightlife, lounge, or restaurant management.

Role Overview

Manager Responsibilities (Strategic Leadership):

• Oversee the entire lounge operation and ensure smooth business performance

• Handle financial activities including budgeting, reporting, and cost control

• Lead and develop staff to maintain a high-performing team

• Implement long-term growth strategies to enhance overall customer experience and business outcome.

Supervisor Responsibilities (Day-to-Day Operations):

• Manage daily floor activities and ensure top-quality customer service

• Coordinate staff during shifts and support them in delivering seamless service

• Monitor lounge standards, hygiene, and ambience

• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years proven experience as a Lounge/Restaurant/Bar Supervisor or Manager

• Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset

• Strong understanding of hospitality standards and customer service excellence

• Must reside around Amuwo-Odofin
