Krowdshield is redefining community safety through real-time incident reporting, predictive intelligence, and AI-powered insights. As we prepare to launch our MVP beta across gated communities and campuses, we're looking for a Growth & Community Activation Manager to own early-stage growth and engagement end to end.

This role blends growth marketing, online community building, email communications, and on-the-ground activation. You'll be responsible for building awareness, trust, and sustained engagement — both digitally and in person — city by city.

You'll design and execute grassroots growth strategies, grow and manage email-based communities, run field activations, manage ambassadors, and ensure all communications are executed responsibly and in compliance with marketing regulations. This is a hands-on, entrepreneurial role for someone who thrives in early-stage environments.

This is a contract-to-hire role (initial 3-month contract) with potential to convert to full-time based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Growth Strategy & Campaign Execution

  • Maintain accurate and organized email lists, ensuring:

-Proper opt-in and consent management

-Clear unsubscribe mechanisms

-Adherence to applicable marketing and communication regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM and related standards)

  • Monitor email engagement metrics (open rates, click-throughs, replies) and optimize messaging accordingly.

Community & Campus Activation (In-Person)

  • Lead Krowdshield activations within gated communities, estates, and university campuses.
  • Build trusted relationships with residents, student leaders, school administrators, and community security stakeholders.
  • Host and facilitate:

-Community info sessions

Ambassador & Advocacy Program

  • Recruit, onboard, and manage early ambassadors and community advocates.
  • Identify and nurture power users who can drive organic growth within their communities.
  • Develop ambassador toolkits, talking points, and content to support local outreach.
  • Highlight ambassadors through email, social content, and community communications.
