About the Role
We are seeking a Digital Media Specialist to strengthen our digital presence and drive business growth. This role is focused on increasing brand visibility, generating leads, and attracting new clients through effective social media marketing, SEM, and SEO strategies.
The ideal candidate is strategic, data-driven, and hands-on—someone who understands how digital channels work together to deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize social media presence across platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, and others).
- Plan, execute, and optimize SEM campaigns (Google Ads and paid social).
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility, traffic, and lead generation.
- Monitor performance metrics, analyze results, and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Create and manage digital content aligned with brand messaging and growth goals.
- Identify opportunities to attract new clients and drive business through digital channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align digital efforts with overall business objectives.
- Prepare clear performance reports and insights for leadership.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, keyword research, on-page SEO, and paid media strategies.
- Experience managing and growing social media accounts for brands or businesses.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time capacity.
