About the job HR Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day HR operations, including employee record management and documentation.
- Coordinate recruitment processes, including posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Handle employee queries regarding policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Support payroll processing by maintaining accurate employee attendance and leave records.
- Assist in organizing training programs and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain confidentiality in all HR matters.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in an HR role.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
