About the job Compensation Analyst, Senior
Successful condidate in this role is responsible for assisting the compensation manager to review company's compensation market competitiveness and ensuring that salary studies and results are well maintained in our compensation tool. The incumbent of this position guides department heads to re-organize department, ensuring that positions are slotted into established organizational chart; ensures internal equity situations and job descriptions are maintained. Researches and provides pay data to human resources manager as needed. Reviews and recommends starting salaries to recruiters on successful job candidates. Runs compensation reports as needed. Assist in training compensation analyst.
3-5 years of experience is required. IPMA-CP or CCP professional designation is a plus. 4 year College Degree in Business Administration or a related field required. Experience using Microsoft Office Suite to handle highly complex reports as needed. Must be detail-oriented.
