Job brief
We are seeking a receptionist to help answer phone calls, direct visitors and handle other administrative duties for a growing organization.
Responsibilities
- Geet and seat visitors
- Direct visitors to appropriate area
- Answer and route calls to various departments
- Keep the work area clean and organized
- Assist in data entry as needed
- May write simple incidence reports as necessary.
Qualifications for Receptionist
- Ability to use computers to handle basic administrative duties.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized
- Excellent phone skills
- Strong project management skills
- Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking
- Ability to travel as necessary.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Between 1 and 2 years of experience as a front-desk receptionist particularly in a fast-paced industry.
- Ability to interact professionally and assertively with visitors or staff
- Must be reliable and responsible.
