Job brief

We are seeking a receptionist to help answer phone calls, direct visitors and handle other administrative duties for a growing organization.    

Responsibilities

  • Geet and seat visitors
  • Direct visitors to appropriate area
  • Answer and route calls to various departments
  • Keep the work area clean and organized
  • Assist in data entry as needed
  • May write simple incidence reports as necessary. 

Qualifications for Receptionist

  • Ability to use computers to handle basic administrative duties.  
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized
  • Excellent phone skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking
  • Ability to travel as necessary.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Between 1 and 2 years of experience as a front-desk receptionist particularly in a fast-paced industry. 
  • Ability to interact professionally and assertively with visitors or staff
  • Must be reliable and responsible.
