Job brief

We are looking for a Human Resources Manager with excellent communication and leadership abilities to lead the HR team members, develop recruitment processes and programs, and set and meet recruitment goals.

Responsibilities

  • Hire new staff for the corporate team and train all new members.
  • Assist leadership to create performance measurement of team members.
  • Collaborate with department and upper management to ensure consistency in the performance of daily tasks
  • Attain set recruiting objectives as defined by organization's leadership.
  • Develop and promote on boarding plans for new staff members by partnering with department leaders as needed.
  • Produce and execute strategic business plans as needed
  • Identify changes in labor market demands and work to address any issues relative to employee compensation, and benefits to enable the organization to continue to attract, retain and motivate its workforce.
  • Present reports on talent acquisition, retention, expenses, and forecasts to management.
  • Compose and manage budgets for department in regards to travel and other presentation-related costs to clients.
  • Assist organization development to perform varied levels of training to support employee knowledge, skills and abilities  
  • Create and implement new HR initiatives, methods, and programs in order to increase productivity and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration
  • 7+ years of Human Resources Management experience
  • 3+ tears of a leadership role in sales
  • Background in Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Employee Relations required.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite proficiently
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Good ability to train employees
