Our client is a global leader in the marine and offshore pumps industry with a strong reputation
for innovation, quality, and reliability. As part of a strategic reorganization, they are looking for a
dynamic and experienced Sales Leader to take charge of a geographically dispersed sales
team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a company at the forefront of offshore industrial
solutions and play a critical role in driving growth and performance.
Role Overview:
The Sales Leader will oversee a team of experienced sales professionals across key global
markets (Singapore, USA, UK, China, Japan, and Korea) along with back-office support
resources. The role focuses on leading sales strategies, optimizing performance, and achieving
revenue growth in offshore markets. While specific product experience in pumps is not required,
strong offshore industry expertise and the ability to deliver industrial solutions to offshore clients
are essential.
The Sales Leader will report directly to senior leadership, with the project management function
being handled separately under another division lead.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing global sales team.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow offshore market share and revenue.
Drive accountability and performance, ensuring sales targets are achieved across
regions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with offshore clients and key stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams, including project management and technical support, to
deliver seamless customer solutions.
Identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities to expand business in
offshore industries.
Provide regular sales performance analysis and reporting to senior leadership.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Proven experience in sales leadership roles, specifically within offshore industries (oil &
gas, energy, marine, or industrial offshore solutions).
Strong track record of driving sales growth in global markets.
Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop geographically dispersed teams.
Understanding of industrial products and solutions; experience in pumps or similar
equipment is a plus but not essential.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
