We're looking for a super energetic, process-oriented, and first principles thinker who is passionate about making India a developer powerhouse.

You'll be working directly with the founders and our learners. We are looking for a person willing to commit for the long haul.

This role is meant for a person who is a hustler and is passionate about education and willing to take ownership.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with AccioJob students on helping them get their dream job (counselling, job readiness, feedback )
• Build feedback mechanism to ensure students are always on track and actively implement suggestions given by our students
• Identify the key metrics to measure the success of the training
• Develop a reporting structure to identify and track progress on key metrics
• Manage expectations with all the stakeholders (Students, Mentors, Founders & Mock Interviewers)

About Us

We are a Y Combinator backed startup solving the employability problem in India. We run a 6-month program for college students/ graduates to upskill themselves and break into software dev roles at top tech companies. We work on an outcome-based income sharing model and our students pay us only after getting placed with a salary greater than 5LPA.
