At Acciona IT, we are currently looking for a Full Stack Developer to join an exciting long-term project in the healthcare sector, based in the USA. We are looking for a candidate with solid experience with React, Node.js, and React Native, Hands-on experience using AI development tools (e.g., Cursor, Kangaroo, etc.) and advanced english (oral and written)!

About the Role:
As a Full-Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining a robust and scalable healthcare system with our client. You will work with modern JavaScript technologies and cloud infrastructure to ensure compliance with healthcare industry standards such as HIPAA. Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards like HL7/FHIR is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

-Develop and maintain EHR solutions using Medplum, ensuring security and compliance.
-Build front-end applications using React and React Native.
-Implement back-end services with Node.js and AWS.
-Improve, extend, and configure AWS backend infrastructure.-Integrate healthcare standards such as HL7/FHIR and SMART App Launch Framework.

-Develop and maintain secure messaging capabilities using Twilio (SMS).
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality healthcare software solutions.

-Ensure HIPAA compliance and data security best practices in all development efforts.
-Work with the business team to define features and upcoming changes.
-Propose innovative solutions and present them to leadership.

Requirements:

-Proficiency in JavaScript full-stack development (React, React Native, Node.js).

-Experience working with AWS for cloud-based applications.

-Experience integrating Twilio for SMS functionality.

-Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment.

-Proven experience using AI-powered development tools such as Cursor, Kangaroo, or similar.

-Demonstrated ability to embed AI components (e.g., Ollama, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) into applications,

-Advanced level of English (oral and written) is a must.
