Job Description: Salesforce Service Cloud Voice (SCV) Developer

Will start with a half-time workload (20 hours per week) during the first week, then move to full-time (40 hours per week).

English level: C1 or C2.

Contractor position with payment in USD.

Role Summary

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with specific, hands-on experience in the implementation and customization of Service Cloud Voice (SCV) integrated with Amazon Connect. The ideal candidate must be capable of navigating the complexities of Salesforce development, particularly regarding data queries and platform-side customizations.

As noted by our technical leads, while the AWS/Connect setup is straightforward, we require a developer who can master the "messier" parts of Salesforce development to ensure a seamless integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Salesforce Service Cloud Voice (SCV).
• Integrate and optimize workflows between Amazon Connect and Salesforce.
• Write complex SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language) queries to perform advanced "data dips" and implement custom business logic.
• Ensure the voice architecture aligns strictly with the customer's technical and functional requirements.

Technical Requirements

• Mandatory direct experience with Salesforce Service Cloud Voice (SCV). (Theory-only knowledge is not sufficient for this role).
• Proven experience working with Amazon Connect (AWS).
• Advanced mastery of SOQL and the Salesforce development ecosystem (Apex, Lightning Web Components, etc.).
• Ability to handle various parts, pieces, and languages within the SF platform to deliver high-quality customizations.
• Ability to work autonomously in a complex development environment.

Soft Skills & Availability

• Fluent Communication: Must be able to interact effectively with clients via email and messaging.
• Schedule Flexibility: Ability to adapt to a ramp-up schedule (transitioning from part-time to full-time as required).
