The Position
The Creative Project Manager is part of the Creative Solutions group, supporting Human Pharma in the United States at Boehringer. The Argentina-based team includes a Senior Creative Project Manager, graphic designers, and a Motion Graphics designer, and works closely with three Creative Leads in the U.S. This role reports to the Media Operations Manager in Argentina.
The Creative Project Manager is responsible for managing assigned creative projects. Projects may include print materials, digital and web assets, slide decks, and meeting materials. This role may also support more complex initiatives alongside the Senior Creative Project Manager and contribute to process-related tasks, such as documentation.
This position involves scheduling, organizing, monitoring, and routing projects through the project management platform, Wrike.
Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience in a marketing or advertising agency, design firm, or in-house creative team (or comparable experience).
- Strong spoken and written English skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, CoPilot, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of Adobe programs.
- Familiarity with Proof HQ, Google Docs, Smartsheet, Wrike, or similar project management tools.
- Experience producing digital, web, and print projects. Experience with video production a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage expectations effectively across stakeholders.
- Experience or interest in pharmaceutical and/or wellness advertising.
Tasks and responsibilities
- Manage creative execution of Healthcare Professional (HCP), consumer/patient, and internal projects from start to finish.
- Prepare and maintain project timelines, ensuring all milestones are tracked and met.
- Set up and attend project kick-offs and internal client reviews; capture and share meeting notes.
- Communicate directly with internal clients to gather missing requirements, provide project status updates, and follow up on feedback.
- Obtain input from relevant team members and ensure alignment across stakeholder
- Coordinate with external agencies, development, and creative production partners to ensure smooth delivery of final assets.
- Track key deadlines and proactively remind designers and team members of upcoming deliverables.
- Partner with Senior Project Manager to run weekly stand-up meetings, representing assigned projects.
- Support team members with questions related to assigned projects and escalate issues to the Senior Creative Project Manager or Media Operations Manager when needed.
