Mandatory Requirements:
· Proven Development Skills:
o Front: Strong expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and a Frontend oriented framework (NextJS, React, VueJS, etc).
o Back: Python - SQL – Mongo.
· Python frameworks (Flask, Fastapi, etc)
o CI/CD: OpendevStack (Jenkins, Openshift).
o Ansible and Ansible automation platform expertise
o Infrastructure Remote management experience
o Containerization: Docker (or Podman)
o Analytical and Collaborative Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, capable of working both independently and within a team. Strong communication skills are essential for effective collaboration across departments.
o Proveed experience in systems integration
o Process management and requirement gathering excellence
o Automated Testing and Clean Code: Experience with automated testing frameworks, solid understanding of clean code principles and debugging/troubleshooting capabilities.
o DevOps Experience: Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices, alongside practical knowledge of deploying applications on Openshift.
o Data networks basic concepts are a must
o Documentation skills
o High level of abstraction skills are a must.
Desired Requirements:
· Networking knowledge
o CCNA certification is a plus
o Any other relevant network experience is a plus
· Strong typed languages (C, C++, C#, Java) experience is a plus
· Kubernetes experience is a plus
· UI/UX concepts are a plus
Responsibilities:
· Functional analysis: Analyse business and technical requirements to define automation solutions aligned with network engineering needs. Translate user stories into actionable development tasks within an Agile/SCRUM framework.
· Solution design: establish the most effective technical solution to achieve a network automation business goal.
· Development: Develop and continuously improve our Network Automation Platform and Application under SCRUM Methodology as well as network engineering automations (operations, monitoring, demand management).
· Quality Assurance and Code Review: Implement automated testing strategies across unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to identify and resolve issues early. Drive code quality improvements through regular code reviews and refactoring efforts.
· DevOps and Infrastructure Management: Manage CI/CD pipelines and Openshift infrastructure to ensure seamless deployment, scalability, and high availability of the team's automations.
· Innovative Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and deliver new features, continuously exploring and integrating new technologies to enhance development efficiency and product innovation.
· Security: Understanding security authentication and authorization mechanisms like JWT and SSO.
· Database administration: Administration of small-scale databases including schema creation, relationships and maintenance of data consistency.
