Acciona IT is Looking for a Senior Technical Delivery Manager to Join an Innovative and Dynamic Team!

Mission: Ensure the delivery of evolutionary and corrective releases for the product. Maintain a balanced workload between developing new capabilities and maintaining technical excellence. Manage and provide insights on costs associated with product development and operations.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and report on delivery progress
• Ensure requirements align with the agreed planning and roadmap
• Organize and facilitate planning and demo meetings
• Keep stakeholders informed about progress and product metrics (e.g., productivity, lead time)
• Track and prioritize incidents, establishing workarounds when necessary
• Support risk and issue management for the product
• Foster collaboration and smooth communication among teams
• Engage cross-functional teams for decision-making and definitions
• Participate in budgeting sessions and oversee third-party service contracts and payments

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Delivery Manager
• Technical development background (must)
• University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, IT, Project Management, or related fields
• Experience with digital products
• Experience with public cloud platforms
• Technical background to oversee platform operations
• Advanced English
• Experience with Agile methodologies

Nice to Have: Experience with Analytics/BI
