Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Ingeniero/a IAM (Identity & Access Management) con foco en seguridad de identidades, orientado a tecnologías Microsoft Entra ID y Active Directory.
Buscamos un perfil semi senior, con mucha proactividad, ganas de aprender y actitud, donde el potencial y la iniciativa pesan más que el conocimiento técnico profundo. La capacitación técnica será acompañada por referentes del equipo.
Responsabilidades
- Gestión y mejora de soluciones de Identity & Access Management (IAM).
- Administración de Microsoft Entra ID y Active Directory, con foco en seguridad.
- Detección de riesgos y brechas de seguridad en la gestión de identidades y accesos.
- Implementación de buenas prácticas de seguridad en identidades.
- Interacción diaria con herramientas de IA aplicadas al trabajo.
- Trabajo colaborativo dentro de un equipo técnico reducido.
Requisitos
- Inglés excluyente (nivel intermedio).
- Conocimientos en:
- Microsoft Entra ID
- Active Directory, desde una mirada de seguridad (no solo alta/baja/modificación de usuarios).
- Seguridad en identidades / IAM.
- Perfil proactivo, curioso y con muchas ganas de crecer.
- Interés y uso de Inteligencia Artificial en el día a día.
- Cursos en seguridad o Identity & Access Management (deseable).
- No se requiere título universitario.
Description: Microsoft IAM Engineer
Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Identity Engineer to join our Identity & Access Management (IAM) team within the Platform Security organization. The engineer will play a key role in operating and evolving our global IAM landscape by supporting, maintaining, and enhancing our Entra ID, Active Directory, Identity Governance, and other IAM/IGA platforms.
Your role will require deep expertise in identity security, access lifecycle automation, and modern authentication technologies to design and implement secure, scalable, and resilient identity solutions aligned with our enterprise architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and manage IAM/IGA solutions including Microsoft Entra ID Governance to support identity lifecycle automation and compliance.
Integrate IAM services with cloud and on prem applications using SCIM, SAML, OAuth2, and OIDC.
Administer and optimize Active Directory, Entra ID tenant configurations, authentication methods, hybrid identity, and privileged identity strategies.
Configure and manage MFA, Conditional Access policies, authentication strengths, and Identity Protection.
Troubleshoot complex identity and access issues across directory services, authentication, and provisioning workflows.
Maintain and enforce IAM policies aligned with SOX, Zero Trust, and enterprise security standards.
Leverage AI‑driven analytics to detect identity anomalies, strengthen access governance, and improve threat detection across IAM platforms.
Apply AI and automation techniques to optimize identity lifecycle processes, reduce manual workload, and improve provisioning accuracy.
Utilize AI‑assisted tools to enhance troubleshooting, accelerate root‑cause analysis, and improve operational efficiency in directory and authentication services.
Integrate AI and machine learning capabilities into IAM workflows to support predictive risk‑based access evaluations
Conduct regular system assessments to detect misconfigurations, vulnerabilities, or operational gaps.
Provide technical guidance to cross functional teams on identity architecture and best practices.
Stay up to date with evolving IAM technologies and identity security trends.
Qualifications:
3+ years hands‑on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Entra ID Governance, Active Directory, and major IGA platforms (Saviynt, SailPoint, Okta, etc.).
Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, RBAC/ABAC, and identity lifecycle management.
Experience managing MFA, Conditional Access, and advanced identity security controls.
Experience using AI‑powered tools to support identity security, operational troubleshooting, and policy optimization.
Understanding of how to apply AI/ML concepts to identity governance, authentication security, or access lifecycle automation.
Ability to use AI‑assisted scripting, documentation, and analysis tools to enhance delivery quality and speed.
Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
IAM-related certifications such as: Microsoft Identity & Access Administrator, Cybersecurity Architect Expert, CIAM, ISC2 CC/CISSP, Security+.
Experience working with SOX, GxP, or regulated environments.
Knowledge of Zero Trust architecture and cloud identity governance.
