Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Data Entry Clerk to join our remote team. This role position combines accurate data management with real-time data planning and processing. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and enjoys helping customers while maintaining high standards of accuracy.

No prior professional experience is required — we provide training for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities Data Entry Duties:

Accurately input, update, and maintain company records and databases

Verify data for accuracy and completeness

Review and correct errors in digital files

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Generate basic reports as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, email platforms)

Strong typing skills with attention to detail

Excellent written communication skills

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Reliable internet connection and quiet home workspace

Self-motivated and able to work independently
