Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Customer Service Representative & Live Chat Support to join our remote team. This dual-role position combines accurate data management with real-time customer support through live chat. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and enjoys helping customers while maintaining high standards of accuracy.

No prior professional experience is required — we provide training for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities Customer Service Representatives Duties:

Accurately input, update, and maintain company records and databases

Verify data for accuracy and completeness

Review and correct errors in digital files

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Generate basic reports as needed

Live Chat Support Duties:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat

Provide accurate information about products and services

Resolve basic customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary

Maintain a professional and friendly tone in all communications

Document customer interactions in the system

Required Skills & Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, email platforms)

Strong typing skills with attention to detail

Excellent written communication skills

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Reliable internet connection and quiet home workspace

Self-motivated and able to work independently

Previous customer service experience

Familiarity with CRM or chat support platforms

Basic knowledge of data management systems
