Part of Development Team. Responsible for developing, training, and deploying machine learning models to provide intelligent features and functionality.

AI/ML Engineer to develop machine learning models and deploy AI solutions for our health claim management system. You will leverage your expertise in healthcare, insurance, machine learning and deep learning to enhance key features, optimize workflows and provide predictive insights.

Responsibilities:

Analyze healthcare and insurance data to identify opportunities for machine learning and AI. Gain insights into user needs, pain points, metrics and business objectives.

Develop supervised and unsupervised learning models using scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras and other ML libraries. Train models on large datasets and optimize for metrics like accuracy, AUC, F1 score, etc.

Build and deploy deep learning models including CNNs, RNNs, LSTMs, GRUs and Transformers for NLP tasks like intent classification, entity extraction and summarization.

Integrate Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to automate repetitive tasks and workflows. Reduce costs, errors and processing times.

Collaborate with other teams including product managers, UX designers, developers and subject matter experts. Ensure AI solutions meet requirements and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements:

Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field with a specialization in Machine Learning, Deep Learning or Artificial Intelligence.

3+ years of experience as an AI/ML Engineer, preferably in healthcare and insurance domains. Strong portfolio of implemented AI and ML projects.

Expertise in machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, robotic process automation, statistics, linear algebra, calculus and data visualization.

Familiarity with scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, NLTK, SpaCy and other ML libraries. Strong skills in Python, SQL, Git, etc.

Knowledge of healthcare information systems, insurance processes, regulations and medical terminologies. Understand key metrics, EHR data, claim workflows, policies, procedures and systems.

Good communication, interpersonal, problem-solving and customer orientation skills. Able to explain complex AI concepts in simple terms and work with cross-functional teams.
