QUALIFICATIONS

• Education/Experience: Bachelors degree in STEM or Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification. 10 years of IT management experience (5 in Information Assurance)
• Technical: Familiarity with RMF and DoD Cybersecurity standards preferred

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan and direct execution of all tasks (3.7.13.7.8), ensuring deliverables meet NSWCPD requirements and schedules.
• Partner with government project managers to capture key activities, schedule milestones, and track risks.
• Supervise on-site contractor staff, verifying work quality and compliance with SOW objectives.
• Develop project schedules with resource loading, dependencies, and critical path analysis.
• Review and approve work products prior to submission to the Government.
• Prepare progress reports, performance metrics, and monthly status updates (CDRL A001).
• Communicate with leadership on program status, budget execution, and risk resolution.
