Summary
The Registrar’s Officer maintains student records, assists students in registration, and provides information to students, faculty and staff as needed.
You will report to: Supervisor of the Registrar’s Office
Contract details: Full Time
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Keep accurate student records and submit related reports and forms within the requested timelines
Process transcript, certificate and syllabi requests
Maintain student database information using our computer systems
Prepare exam board documentation
Prepare/maintain commencement documentation
Handling Undergraduate registration
Handling Student Learning Accommodations
Analyse data and prepare statistical reports
Control mass mailing
Filing records
Other clerical duties as required

Educational Background
A bachelor’s Degree is required.
A master’s Degree is an asset
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Greek (including typing).
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, Google Apps, and general Web proficiency.
Excellent quantitative and interpersonal skills/ability to communicate with and effectively serve a multinational and diverse professional, community and student population.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Teamwork / Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and assist the team in meeting goals.
Adaptability / Flexibility: Adapts to change, is open to new ideas, new responsibilities, handles pressure well and adjusts to meet evolving needs.
Experience
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a relevant position/field is required
Experience working in a school/ education field is considered an asset
Certification in Microsoft Excel is considered an asset.
