Your Mission
As a Martech - CRM Trainee, youll be responsible for setting up and managing a full digital marketing and CRM ecosystem, with a strong focus on automation and tool integration. Youll have the opportunity to implement practical solutions using n8n, Zapier, and AI technologies to optimize how we acquire and nurture leads. Your ability to connect different platforms, automate repetitive tasks, and analyze data will be key to driving our growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and configure an affordable CRM (like ActiveCampaign, Zoho CRM, or similar) integrated with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, SendinBlue, etc.).
- Build advanced workflows in n8n and Zapier to automate lead capture, database cleaning, and CRM updates.
- Create custom integrations between tools using APIs and webhooks.
- Apply AI solutions to segment audiences, personalize messaging, and optimize campaigns.
- Set up automated systems for email scraping, data enrichment, and database cleaning.
- Design and run integration flows between CRM, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
- Automate lead generation and qualification processes using n8n and Zapier.
- Configure tracking and analytics systems to measure campaign performance.
- Maintain data quality and integrity through automated validation processes.
- Continuously optimize workflows to increase efficiency and reduce manual work.
Must-Have Requirements
- Practical, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to implement functional systems quickly.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools like n8n and Zapier.
- Knowledge of API and webhook integration.
- Demonstrable experience with AI technologies applied to digital marketing.
- Ability to set up and manage small business-friendly CRM tools.
- Basic design skills to create attractive emails and landing pages.
- Ability to work independently, proposing and implementing solutions.
- Analytical mindset for data-driven optimization.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong English proficiency to understand technical documentation.
Nice to Have
- Practical experience with n8n, Zapier, Make (Integromat), or other automation tools.
- Knowledge of JavaScript for customizing automation workflows.
- Experience with affordable CRM and email marketing tools (ActiveCampaign, Zoho, Mailchimp, etc.).
- Familiarity with LinkedIn integrations for lead generation.
- Experience with email scraping and validation tools.
- Knowledge of AI tools for automation.
- Experience with Google Sheets for data analysis and manipulation.
- Ability to create clear process and workflow documentation.
