Location: Oldmeldrum, Aberdeenshire (UK-wide travel required)

Activus Recruitment seeks a highly qualified and experienced Health & Safety Consultant to join a leading construction and concrete specialist based in Aberdeenshire. This role involves managing multiple clients across the UK, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and fostering a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site audits and inspections, identifying risks and recommending corrective actions
- Develop and implement health & safety policies, procedures, and documentation
- Advise clients on compliance with CDM Regulations 2015 and industry standards
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, implementing corrective actions
- Deliver training sessions and workshops on health & safety best practices
- Assist clients with ISO Integrated Management Systems, including audits
- Develop and implement emergency response plans
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices
Personal Requirements:
- NEBOSH Occupational Health & Safety and Environmental Management Qualification
- Proven experience in a health & safety advisory or audit role
- Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations, including CDM 2015
- Experience with internal and external audits (advantageous)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience delivering staff training (advantageous)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
