Activus Recruitment Ltd is a specialist construction recruitment agency that provides highly skilled workers to projects across the UK. We are currently looking for experienced Shuttering Joiners to join our client's team in Lossiemouth.

This is a full-time, ongoing position, initially based in Lossiemouth for a couple of months, with the likelihood of continuing on additional sites for the right candidate.

Role Overview:
You will be responsible for constructing and assembling formwork for concrete structures, including walls, foundations, and columns, ensuring high-quality and safety standards on-site.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Shuttering Joiner

• Confident in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings

• Familiar with various formwork systems (e.g., traditional, modular)

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Physically fit and capable of manual work for extended periods

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Valid CSCS card

• Good communication and time management skills
