Position Title: Outside Sales Representative (Remote Southern U.S. Region)

Location: Remote (Southern U.S. region preferred Kentucky, Tennessee, Texas, Georgia, etc.)

Company Overview:
A long-established precision machining company with over 40 years of experience, focused on providing high-quality machine tool accessories for industries such as automotive, aerospace, and electronics. The company has a small team based in Illinois and is expanding its reach in the southern U.S.

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and self-driven Outside Sales Representative to help grow our customer base in the southern region of the U.S. This is a remote role with potential to establish a local office and hire support staff depending on performance, similar to our Michigan branch model.


Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in assigned territory
Manage and grow relationships with clients in the automotive, aerospace, and electronics industries
Work independently while meeting sales targets and reporting results regularly
Submit weekly reports and participate in monthly meetings with the team
Utilize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (experience preferred)


Key Qualifications:

Has an existing network of clients or proven track record in industrial B2B sales
Motivated by commission-based compensation and entrepreneurial in mindset
Former expatriates or professionals seeking autonomy and flexibility are welcome
Product knowledge is not required, but an understanding of Japanese products is a plus
Japanese language skills are a plus but not required

Compensation: Base salary: $50,000 (negotiable)
Commission: 3% of gross profit (not based on total sales), paid at fiscal year-end in January
