Role Overview

We are hiring an experienced Power Automate Developer with strong hands-on experience in Power Automate Desktop (PAD) and Power Automate Cloud Flows. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying automation workflows to streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and deploy automation solutions using Power Automate Desktop (RPA) and Power Automate Cloud Flows.
  • Analyze and document business processes, identify automation opportunities, and implement efficient workflows.
  • Integrate automation solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Excel, Outlook, and Dynamics 365.
  • Develop and maintain reusable components, connectors, and APIs for automation.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize existing automation processes.
  • Collaborate with business users, analysts, and IT teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable automation solutions.
  • Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and process flow diagrams.
  • Stay updated on Microsoft Power Platform updates, new connectors, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 25 years of experience in Microsoft Power Automate, with strong expertise in Power Automate Desktop (PAD).
  • Proven experience in building RPA bots, desktop flows, and cloud flows.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Dataverse) preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with scripting languages such as Python, VBScript, or JavaScript.
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and system integrations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Microsoft Power Platform Developer or RPA-related certifications.
  • Experience with SharePoint, Dynamics 365, or Office 365 automation.
  • Exposure to other RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
