Role Overview

We are hiring a CRM Executive to manage customer data, support CRM operations, and assist in improving customer engagement and retention. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in CRM tools, data handling, and cross-team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, update, and maintain customer information in CRM systems
  • Create and manage customer segments for targeted campaigns
  • Track customer interactions and ensure data accuracy
  • Support sales and marketing teams with CRM-based reports and dashboards
  • Assist in CRM automation, workflows, and email campaign execution
  • Monitor customer lifecycle stages and support retention initiatives
  • Generate weekly and monthly CRM performance reports
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve overall customer experience

Required Skills & Experience

  • 25 years of experience in CRM operations or customer data management
  • Hands-on experience in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or similar
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Excel or other reporting tools
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with CRM automation, workflows, and integrations
  • Knowledge of campaign management and customer segmentation
  • Exposure to Power BI or dashboarding tools (optional)
