About the Job
Our international client based in Singapore is looking for a Virtual Administrative & PR Assistant. This role is primarily focused on administrative support, coordination, and operational efficiency, while providing secondary support in media outreach and brand partnerships to assist in the client's global brand expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Operational Support
- Manage calendars, schedules, and appointments, ensuring efficient time management and coordination across different time zones
- Organize, maintain, and update databases, contact lists, and internal records for media and partner tracking
- Handle email management, including drafting responses, prioritizing messages, and ensuring timely follow-ups
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to support business and outreach activities
- Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minutes-taking
- Monitor task progress, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Assist in streamlining administrative processes and improving workflow efficiency
PR & Outreach Support
- Assist in researching potential media outlets, journalists, influencers, and brand partners
- Support outreach campaigns by helping draft emails, pitches, and follow-up messages
- Track outreach efforts, responses, and campaign performance using organized systems
- Help coordinate brand collaborations and partnerships, including documentation and communication
Qualifications
Functional Experience
- At least 2–3 years of experience in an administrative, executive assistant, or coordination role
- Experience in handling calendars, email management, and internal coordination
- Exposure to PR, media outreach, or brand partnerships is a plus but not required
Technical Skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in documentation, reporting, and database management
- Strong research and data organization skills
- Experience with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, project management tools)
Communication Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to draft professional emails and business correspondence
