Job Overview

The LinkedIn Ads Specialist is responsible for independently managing LinkedIn Ads campaigns with a focus on B2B objectives such as lead generation, brand awareness, and demand generation. This role requires solid platform experience and the ability to deliver consistent results with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: Plan, set up, and manage LinkedIn Ads campaigns end-to-end; define audience targeting strategies aligned to client objectives and budget.
  • Audience & Targeting Strategy: Build and manage audience segments using LinkedIn's B2B targeting options; support account-based targeting approaches to reach the right decision-makers.
  • Budget & Performance Optimisation: Manage campaign budgets and bidding approaches; monitor spend pacing and key metrics; identify and act on opportunities to improve lead generation efficiency.
  • Testing & Creative Optimisation: Run structured tests on ad formats, copy, and audiences; use results to refine campaigns and improve overall performance over time.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyse campaign performance; produce regular reports with clear insights and actionable recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Cross-Platform Coordination: Work alongside other paid media and marketing team members to ensure consistent messaging and aligned activity across channels.

Qualifications

  • Education: Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field. LinkedIn advertising certification is preferred.
  • Experience: Around 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing LinkedIn Ads or paid social campaigns, preferably in an agency or B2B marketing environment.
  • Technical Skills: Comfortable working with LinkedIn Campaign Manager; familiar with web analytics and reporting tools; experience integrating campaigns with CRM platforms is an advantage.
  • Soft Skills: Analytical and data-driven; strong attention to detail; clear written communicator for client reporting; self-managed and able to handle multiple accounts at once.
  • Language: Proficient in English (written and spoken). Additional language proficiency is an advantage for B2B client-facing work.
