Job Overview

The Senior LinkedIn Ads Specialist is responsible for leading LinkedIn Ads strategy and campaign execution across multiple B2B client accounts. This senior role combines strong platform expertise with strategic planning, client relationship management, and team development responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning: Develop and own LinkedIn advertising strategies aligned to client demand generation and pipeline objectives; translate business goals into structured campaign plans with clear performance targets.
  • Campaign Oversight & Optimisation: Lead the management and continuous improvement of LinkedIn campaigns across all relevant formats; oversee audience strategy, budget governance, and performance accountability across the account portfolio.
  • Performance Analysis & Insights: Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign data; identify trends and growth opportunities; present strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders in a clear and commercially relevant way.
  • Cross-Channel Integration: Ensure LinkedIn activity is coordinated with broader paid media and marketing efforts to deliver a consistent and aligned approach across channels.
  • Client Management: Serve as the senior point of contact for clients; lead performance reviews and strategic discussions; build strong relationships that support long-term engagement and account growth.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and support junior and mid-level team members; provide guidance on campaign execution, quality standards, and professional development.

Qualifications

  • Education: Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field. Relevant certifications are expected at this level.
  • Experience: At least 4–5 years of LinkedIn Ads or paid social experience, with some exposure to leading accounts or mentoring others. Experience with B2B marketing or regional clients is an advantage.
  • Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn Campaign Manager and associated analytics and reporting tools; familiar with CRM integrations and broader digital marketing platforms.
  • Soft Skills: Strategic thinker with strong B2B commercial awareness; confident communicator at client and leadership level; organised and proactive with the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder accounts.
  • Language: Proficient in English (written and spoken). Mandarin proficiency is an advantage for client-facing roles.
