About the Job
Our esteemed client is looking for a Database Support. As a Database Support, you will be responsible for supporting the clients sales and marketing teams by ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of data and leads. This role demands strong attention to detail, excellent research skills, and the ability to work efficiently with large volumes of data.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Management: Accurately input, update, and maintain information in CRM or other internal databases.
- Lead Research: Conduct online research to gather contact details and company information for lead generation.
- Data Verification: Verify and validate data to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Lead Generation: Generate lists of potential leads based on given criteria or market segments.
- Data Organization: Organize and format data for easy retrieval and reporting.
- Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure data supports outreach campaigns.
- Data Cleansing: Perform regular data cleansing and deduplication tasks to maintain data integrity.
- Reporting Support: Assist in generating basic reports and updating dashboards as required.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. A degree in business, marketing, or related field is a plus.
- Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience in data entry, lead generation, or a similar administrative support role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data management tools. Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Excellent internet research skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Fast and accurate typing speed.
- Language: Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
