About the Job
Our esteemed client, an accredited training and assessments provider in Australia is looking for Sales Consultant. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for facilitating seamless communication between the sales team, clients, and internal departments. By enhancing the efficiency of sales operations, this position directly contributes to driving revenue growth while ensuring a smooth and exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Inbox Management
- Respond to email inquiries
- Send follow-up emails for inquiries
- Forward emails to the appropriate department as necessary
2. Bookings & Enrollments
- Process bookings into the system
- Send booking confirmation emails
- Check & upload documents into student records; follow up outstanding items
- Complete necessary forms and paperwork
- Send SMS and emails to tentative to encourage booking
- Call students for attendance confirmation
3. Course Scheduling
- Enter courses into system
- Send link to client contact and manage inquiries if any
- Manage access to clients premises to obtain pre-audit checks
- Ensure that all courses are on the calendar
4. Student Access
- Enrollment of students in the learning management system (LMS)
- Follow-up access for students
- Provide assistance for LMS
- Archive users and intakes
5. Other tasks:
- Act as back up for inbound calls
- Invoice creation
- Sales database management
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in any relevant field or courses
- Experience: At least 1 year of proven combined experience in sales, customer service, and administrative roles within the BPO industry.
- Technical Skills: Knowledgeable with Aircall, InDesign, Acrobat Pro, Salesforce, Cloud Assess, or MS 365
- Soft Skills: Outstanding time management, organizational, and problem-solving with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Language: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
