About the Job
We are looking for an All Around Office Assistant to join our growing Finance & Admin Team. As an All Around Office Assistant, you will hold a versatile role that supports day-to-day office operations through a combination of administrative support, basic maintenance, housekeeping, liaison/messengerial duties, and driving responsibilities. This role ensures the workplace remains functional, clean, safe, and well-coordinated.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Basic Maintenance:
- Conduct routine inspections of office equipment, lighting, and facilities.
- Report and assist in coordinating repairs or servicing of office equipment (e.g., air conditioning, printers, etc.).
- Perform minor fixes such as replacing light bulbs, fixing furniture, or unclogging drains.
- Assist in setting up workspaces, meeting rooms, or moving furniture as required.
2. Housekeeping:
- Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of office premises, including workstations, common areas, and restrooms.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when replenishment is needed.
- Support in waste disposal and recycling efforts.
- Coordinate with external cleaning or pest control services when needed.
3. Liaison Duties:
- Assist with document submission and pickup (banks, courier services, government offices, etc.).
- Process permits (Business Permit, Sanitary Permit, FSIC, village permits etc.)
- Help in organizing office events or company activities by coordinating with suppliers and service providers.
4. Driving Duties:
- Safely operate office vehicles for delivery/pick-up of documents, parcels, or employees as needed.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness, routine checks, and timely servicing.
- Ensure valid license, registration, and insurance documents are updated and stored properly.
Qualifications and Skills:
- With a valid drivers license (at least Restriction Code 1, 2)
- Basic handyman skills and familiarity with maintenance tools.
- Must be willing to take on housekeeping tasks.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Trustworthy, punctual, and reliable.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily duties effectively.
