About the Job
We are looking for a Business Growth and Innovation Manager to strategically manage and expand client relationships, uncover new business opportunities, and lead innovation across operations and service delivery. This role plays a key part in shaping future offerings and enhancing overall client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Growth Strategy: Drive strategic initiatives to grow key accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and relationship building. Tailor solutions based on clients business goals.
- Market Research & Strategic Insights: Conduct research and competitive analysis to uncover emerging trends and opportunities. Translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Innovation & New Business Development: Explore new service models such as project-based and part-time staffing. Build business cases and implementation strategies for proposed solutions.
- Data-driven Account Management: Use analytics tools like PowerBI, SharePoint, and CRM to support strategic planning, client reviews, and growth forecasting.
- Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Serve as the primary strategic contact for key clients, ensuring proactive communication and service alignment.
- Operational Oversight & Integration (Future Responsibility): Collaborate with operations teams to align service delivery with strategic goals and monitor performance metrics.
- Continuous Improvement & Process Innovation: Recommend process enhancements to improve efficiency and client satisfaction. Support digital transformation initiatives.
- Training & Mentoring: Mentor and support colleagues in client management, operations, and innovation. Promote a learning-focused and data-driven team culture.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors degree required; certifications such as Lean Six Sigma are an advantage.
- Experience: At least 5 years in account management, business development, or operations, with experience launching new business models or services.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in PowerBI, SharePoint, CRM systems, and data analysis tools.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, relationship-building, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
- Language: Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
