Documentation Specialist (Senior) NATIONAL CYBER RANGE COMPLEX (NCRC) INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SERVICE MANAGEMENT (ITSM)

Location: MD/VA

Salary: Commensurate with experience/education

Job Description: Ad hoc Research is seeking a journeyman documentation specialist for the National Cyber Range Complex (NCRC) Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) proposal. This position is contingent upon contract award and will be located in the MD/VA area.

Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments. Plans and leads major technology assignments. Evaluates performance results and recommends major changes affecting short-term project growth and success. Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments. May supervise others.

COLLECTION AND SUPPORT

  • Collect and assess CI artifact requirements, perform CfM for all CI Artifacts
  • Collect artifacts for posting, maintain catalog (right location, links), identify new confluence collections as needed
  • Log incident, coordinate troubleshooting, document results
  • Support ERB, CCB, produce reports
  • Collect and assess CMS requirements, propose CMS solution, document findings and alternatives, create implementation plan

ADMINISTRATION AND REVIEW

  • Review CRs, coordinate reviews, document changes, coordinate endorsements, review process improvements
  • Administer the TRMC TTPRS
  • Investigate ITSM related capabilities, technologies and/or develop prototype

COORDINATION AND MAINTENANCE

  • Coordinate and report on NCRC Cfg Baseline status, provide reports
  • Maintain CI artifacts, NCRC Tech Architecture, Tech docs

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT: Candidate must be a US Citizen to obtain and maintain an interim and final security clearance

Special Requirements:

  • Requires an associates degree.
  • 7 or more years of experience.
