SharePoint Developer

Intermediate SharePoint Developer

We are looking for experienced SharePoint Developers to support the Communications – Electronic Command (CECOM) Software Engineering Center (SEC) SharePoint development team. The team currently maintains existing sites and provides all new SharePoint service solutions for the Command.

Required Qualifications:

· Two (2) or more years of experience creating or modifying complex SharePoint solutions and customized sites, web parts, lists, and libraries.

· Interim or Active DoD-issued Secret Clearance

Technical Qualifications:

· Site Collection Administration and Management.

· Creating and modifying “out of the box” SharePoint solutions.

· Create and maintain custom master pages and branding.

· Configure standard and customized SharePoint team sites, libraries, lists, calendars, etc.

· Create and modify complex “out of the box” SharePoint solutions in response to user requirements using the following tools and capabilities: SharePoint Designer, SharePoint Workflows, ShareGate, Nintex Workflows, InfoPath Forms, JQuery, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

· Knowledge of the following tools and capabilities would be useful but are not required: SharePoint Object Model, SharePoint App Model, Client-Side Object Model, ShareGate and REST API.

· Create and modify custom web parts.

· Respond to 1st level tickets coming into the Issues Tracker for problem resolution, changes to new or existing sites, lists, libraries, and solutions.

· Meet regularly with AEP Team (SharePoint Host Administrators) to discuss issues and resolve problems.

· Perform analysis and make recommendations for changes to SharePoint infrastructure to improve performance and reduce storage costs.

· Provide user instruction and training as needed.

· Work both independently and in a team environment.
