Role Overview
We're hiring a Fullstack Developer to own and deliver end-to-end features for our courtroom transcription platform. You'll be working across the stack on real-time audio playback, backend services, database design, to deliver beautiful UX for busy judges. You'll also help shape our design system and collaborate with a small team of elite builders shipping impactful features fast.
Currently we have 2 positions open for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain production-grade frontends using Next.js, TypeScript, and TailwindCSS.
- Work with backend services written in Go and databases in Postgres.
- Collaborate closely with design and legal teams to ship end-to-end features.
- Take ownership of full features — from database schema design to React components.
- Uphold high standards with extensive unit tests, linters and end-to-end tests in both frontend and backend.
- Proactively suggest and prototype new ideas to improve the product.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience working on production JavaScript/TypeScript codebases.
- Proven experience shipping complex UIs and building reusable React components.
- Familiarity with Go backend services and Postgres database design.
- Strong focus on reducing user pain and improving speed and accessibility.
Bonus: Experience working with audio APIs and GraphQL.
