Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive strategic planning processes, setting milestones and tracking progress.
  • Develop briefing materials and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Serve as a sounding board to the founders on key decisions.
  • Coordinate board meetings and maintain strong relationships with advisors.
  • Identify bottlenecks and streamline processes to enhance organizational efficiency.
  • Act as a thought partner to leadership, providing research-backed recommendations.
  • Drive strategic planning processes, including goal setting and performance tracking.
  • Oversee internal communications and ensure alignment across teams.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration between product, legal, partnerships, and operation teams

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in business, law, or public policy (MBA or equivalent preferred).
  • 5-7 years of experience in strategy, consulting, project management, or executive roles.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage complex workflows.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive projects to completion;
