Role Overview

Drive strategic planning processes, setting milestones and tracking progress.
Develop briefing materials and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Serve as a sounding board to the founders on key decisions.
Coordinate board meetings and maintain strong relationships with advisors.
Identify bottlenecks and streamline processes to enhance organizational efficiency.
Act as a thought partner to leadership, providing research-backed recommendations.
Drive strategic planning processes, including goal setting and performance tracking.
Oversee internal communications and ensure alignment across teams.
Lead cross-functional collaboration between product, legal, partnerships, and operation teams

Bachelors degree in business, law, or public policy (MBA or equivalent preferred).
5-7 years of experience in strategy, consulting, project management, or executive roles.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage complex workflows.
Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive projects to completion;
